Houston, TX Office Positions:
Project Consultant
Manage projects within the Company and provide consultative services to ensure accurate and on-time delivery to Clients.
These professionals must posses a unique skill set which enables to perform the following in a fast-paced environment:
- Establish and maintain internal and external business relationships
- Effectively communicate and consult with Clients via telephone or in-person the details of their requests and disseminate this information to various internal departments, including
- Draft specific and appropriate Statements of Work, Job Specifications and obtain Client approval of same
- Negotiate deadlines on behalf of Clients keeping the interest of the Company in mind
- Proactively identify changes in scope of work and ensure appropriate planning measures are taken to reassess, renegotiate or amend Statements of Work in accordance with Company policy
- Confer with Department Managers to schedule projects and effectively complete all tasks in a timely manner, including
- Develop and maintain systems and processes necessary for the tracking, planning and execution of projects in keeping with Company process and policy
- Analyze short and long-term resource needs and adjust project expectations as necessary internally and with the Client
- Ensure completion of deliverables and adherence to timelines, including
- Analyze and resolve issues that have the potential to jeopardize performance and or ability to meet agreed-upon deliverables
- Review and approve work performed by the Departments in a timely manner in preparation for billing of services
- Support Clients with technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle
- Respond to Clients, Managing Consultants, Department Managers and staff in a timely manner
